Please read the below terms and conditions before registering with AIS these are to insure you understand our policies and business operations. This is a legal document and is
permissible in a court of law.

1.All members must first agree to our terms and conditions before you are permitted to register.

2.We provide full training to all members, and do not require previous experience. We provide all instructions and resources for this position within your members’ area. You agree you will not disclose this information our supply our resources to another individual or company

3.you understand that you will be placing ads on the internet you also understand that the names you compile will come from your ads and not any lists.

Your Contact Information:
You must have a valid email address where we can contact you. If you move or change email addresses, you agree to notify us via email so that we can keep your profile updated at all times.

Acknowledgments:

4.You understand that yours payee name can not be change.
5.You understand that your payee name must be match with your bank account name.
6.You understand that you are considered an Independent Contractor and therefore responsible for your own taxes.
7.You understand each member can only have 1 membership per position and there may only be 1 membership per position per household.
8.You understand anyone found to be working 2 memberships in any one position type will have their account terminated without notice.
9.You understand we do not tolerate spam and any member caught spamming will have their account terminated without notice.
10.You understand that if you are found to be cheating or are found to be fraudulent in any way your account will be terminated.
Changes/Modifications
11.We reserve the right to change, cancel or end any offers, opportunities as well as the payment terms and rates at our sole discretion.
12.We will do our best to notify you via email within 7 days of any change in policies.

Ad Placing

13.You understand that all tutorial and instructions can be found in your members area for each position.
14.You understand that any ads can be changed at any time with notice via email.
15.You understand you do not need to have your own products, website or need to do any selling! You simply type ads for companies online and they'll handle the rest and pay you for your work.
16.You understand that you can not use another URL. ( in ad placing )
17.You understand that must be ad place on a related category.
18.You understand we will never ask you for any additional money once you are a member. You simply need to start entering data as outlined in the members area.

Payments:

19.You understand you are paid by checks for completed work when your income reaches $75-$100 ( depend on your package )
20.You understand checks for work completed are sent on the 5th of each month.
21.You understand should a checks not reach you it will not be re issued until that checks is first returned to us.
